In a bid to emulate the 12-point agenda of Governor Umar Namadi administration’s , enhance access to quality education to reduce the financial burden on families.
The council Chairman of Kaugama Local Government, Honourable Usman Masaki Dansule has officially disbursed educational support funds call’ Masaki Students Students Care’ to deserving students across the area.The disbursement, which took place at the local Government conference Hall is part of the council’s ongoing commitment to human capital development and youth empowerment.
20 Beneficiaries who are indigent students and studying ar tertiary institutions are directly allocated with fund to cover registration fee and other learning materials.
Speaking at the event, the council Chairman, Usman Masaki Dansule represented by vice Chairman Umar Magaji Kaugama has reiterated their administration’s dedication to making education a top priority.
He further stating that “investing in our children is investing in the future of Kaugama.” He also encouraged the beneficieries to remain focused and dedicated to their studies, assuring them of continued government support when the need arises.
The local Government council Secretary Garba Musa Kaugama who witnessed the disbursement exercise said ,
” the programme would be sustained and expanded to reach more students in subsequent academic sessions studying in various tertiary instuition in the country.
“In his vote of thank on behalf of the beneficieries, Liman Muhammad Dakayyawa has commended the effort of council chairman on supporting with helping hand to cover the registration fee.
