Sabo Muhammad Nakudu CON is a Nigerian politician and former lawmaker from Jigawa State.

He born on 11 January 1960, in Sindimina town, Birnin Kudu LGA of Jigawa State. He is honored to have Title to Commander of the Order of the Niger (CON), conferred in October 2022 by the then President Muhammadu Buhari for his service in the 9th Senate.
Political career:
House of Representatives in which he Represented Birnin Kudu/Buji Federal Constituency for two terms, 2007–2015. He was first elected under people Democratic party (PDP).
Senate:
He was Elected Senator for Jigawa South-West Senatorial District in 2015 and re-elected in 2019 under APC. Served 2015–2023. In the Senate he chaired the Committee on Downstream Petroleum Resources and later the Ad-hoc Committee on the Petroleum Industry Bill (PIB) which was passed in July 2021.
Political Party moves:
Defected from APC to the African Democratic Congress (ADC) around April 2026, citing need for a more inclusive platform focused on grassroots development.
2027 politics:
He emerged as the ADC governorship candidate for Jigawa State after winning the party primary with 35,939 votes vs 19,537 votes for his rival. He formally declared his 2027 governorship bid under ADC.
