The Nigeria Association of Women Journalists, NAWOJ, Jigawa State Chapter has expressed condolences to its State Chairperson, Hauwa Ibrahim Ladan, and the National Secretary of NAWOJ, Wasila Ladan, over the death of their mother, Hajiya Sadiya Ibrahim Ladan.
In a statement signed by the chapter, NAWOJ Jigawa said it shares in the grief of the bereaved family during this difficult period.
The association prayed to Almighty Allah to forgive the shortcomings of the deceased, grant her Al-Jannatul Firdaus, and give the family the strength, patience, and fortitude to bear the loss.
“Inna Lillahi Wa Inna Ilaihi Raji’un. Indeed, to Allah we belong, and to Him we shall all return,” the statement read.
NAWOJ Jigawa further prayed that Allah in His infinite mercy accepts Hajiya Sadiya Ibrahim Ladan, forgives her sins, and grants her eternal rest in Jannatul Firdaus. Ameen.
