Tinubu’s government, through the NNPC, has reportedly spent ₦11.9 trillion on what it calls energy security expenses.
Compared to Buhari’s eight years in office, about ₦11 trillion was spent on fuel subsidy, with Nigerians buying petrol at around ₦187 per litre.
Today, petrol sells for over ₦1,000 per litre, yet we’ve reportedly spent even more on this so-called energy security expense in just two years.
Will you want to imagine how much he will spent in 4 years or 8 years? It’s surely surprised to see that report when NNPC will publish it.
