The Kunkurawa, Kogar- Kaza, Fallau and Gano communities in Dawakin-Kudu local government area of Kano state, have passed vote of confidence on the area’s Divisional Police Officer, Mr Kabiru Isah Kangiwa, on the level of discharging his primary assignment in their dormain.
This was followed in an investigation conducted by this media on their personal assessment on police relationship.
On his remark, Mr Kangiwa attributed the development on the directives of the state commissioner of police, CP Ibrahim Bakori, on forging a good community policing through open door policy.
He also dedicated the confidence bestowed on him to his men and the entire state command.
Recall that, during the dispute between those communities and the quarry firms operating in their areas, police played a significant roles in putting the situation under firm control, where both parties appreciated the roles.
