On behalf of the management and staff of the Jigawa State Internal Revenue Service, I, Dr. Nasir Sabo Idris, FCA, Galadiman Bauran Dutse and Chairman of Jigawa State internal revenue, heartily felicitate His Excellency, Governor Malam Umar Namadi, the government, and the good people of Jigawa State on the occasion of this year’s Eid-el-Kabir.
May Allah accept our worship and bless our state with peace and prosperity. Eid-el-Kabir reminds us of the virtues of sacrifice, obedience, and compassion. As we celebrate, let us extend generosity to the less privileged, strengthen the ties of brotherhood, and renew our commitment to the unity that makes Jigawa a model of peaceful coexistence.
Your Excellency, under your visionary leadership, Jigawa continues to make remarkable strides in development. At the Revenue Service, we are proud to have recorded the highest internally generated revenue in the history of Jigawa State state, a milestone that reflects the trust of tax payers and the enabling environment your administration has created.
This historic achievement would not have been possible without your unwavering support and concern, the cooperation of our taxpayers, and the dedication of our staff. We pledge to sustain this momentum by deepening transparency, expanding the tax net, and delivering efficient, taxpayer-friendly services that support your development agenda.
I also wish to commend members of our great party, the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Jigawa State for their steadfast prayers and solidarity with this government. Your faith, unity, and advocacy have provided the moral backing needed to drive policies that improve the lives of our people.
To the good people of Jigawa, I urge all of us to use this Sallah period to show love to one another, uphold peace, and pray for continued progress in our state.
Together, under Governor Namadi’s leadership, we can build a more prosperous and inclusive Jigawa for present and future generations.
