The Vice-Chancellor of Ahmadu Bello University ABU, Zaria, Professor Adamu Ahmed, has reiterated his administration committement to provide conducive atmosphere of working conditions in the university.
Professor Adamu Ahmed gave the commendation during the handing-over ceremony of the repaired motorcycles held at the EMDC, Main Campus, Samaru, Zaria.
The vice chancellor expressed appreciation to the Equipment Maintenance and Development Centre (EMDC) for repairing electric motorcycles used by security personnel on the university campus.
He said the initiative would continued to promote a culture of maintenance among staff and students of the university.
According to him, the repaired motorcycles would enhance the efficiency of security personnel and enable them to respond promptly to security situations across the campus.Also speaking, the Director of EMDC, Dr Abdussalam Isma’ila Galadima, urged staff of the centre to sustain the tempo and remain committed to providing technical support to the university.
