In a press statement by Comrade Aminu Aminu, a foremost activist and who publicly submitted his political loyalty to Dr. Halaima Zakar, distanced himself from what he called as misleading statement statement which aligned him with other side of aspiran.
Comrade Aminu in his press statement called on the attention of public who publicly stated that;
My attention has been drawn to a misleading image currently circulating, attempting to falsely associate me with the senatorial ambition of Yusif Shitu Galambi.
I wish to state categorically that this claim is untrue, baseless, and should be disregarded by the public.
At no point have I aligned myself with or endorsed any such ambition.
In fact, I am not aware of any formal declaration of interest from him.I, Aminu Aminu, remain fully and unequivocally committed to the vision, mission, and leadership of Ambassador Dr. Halima Suleiman Zakari.
She has clearly articulated her plans and deep concerns for the development of Jigawa Central Senatorial Zone, and she remains the choice of myself and my people.
This desperate attempt to manipulate public perception through the misuse of my image is condemnable and unacceptable.
I urge those behind it to desist from such acts of misinformation and mischief.
The public is advised to ignore such content and rely only on verified statements from me
