In light of this positive development, I wish to formally inform you that I have suspended the petition I intended to publish on July 16, 2025, concerning the poor condition of Dutse General Hospital. We will now watch with keen interest to see whether the newly appointed CMD will be given the necessary support and resources to implement the much-needed reforms in the hospital.
Our interest is not in blind opposition, but in seeing real and lasting change that improves the lives of the people. Our goal is a better Jigawa—not confrontation.
Furthermore, I wish to draw your kind attention to the Jigawa State Contributory Healthcare Management Agency (JICHMA). There are disturbing reports and growing concerns about how the agency is being run. Your Excellency, we believe that no matter who is in power, what truly matters is that the system works and the people of Jigawa get the services they deserve. Jigawa is our pride, and we want to see it succeed.
Sir, many people around you may not tell you the truth, but I humbly urge you to personally look into the affairs of JICHMA. There are undeniable signs of injustice and mismanagement that deserve your urgent intervention.
Finally, I thank you once again and assure you that we will continue to monitor developments with hope and patience. We remain committed to holding government accountable while praying for its success in delivering justice and good governance”.
