As is tradition, the Chairman of Malam Madori Local Government Council in Jigawa State celebrated the Eid-ul-Adha festival at the Izalatul Bid’ah wa Iqamatus Sunnah Mosque in Abuja Quarters.
The council chairman, Alhaji Salisu Sani Garun-Gabas, joined dignitaries and community members for the Eid congregational prayers at the Second Juma’at Mosque.
During the event, he urged the people to pray for continued peace and harmony in Malam Madori and across Jigawa State.
Among the high dignitaries attended the Edl Kabir congregational prayer are the former lawmaker representing the area Honourable Yusuf Saleh Dunari , security agencies and Business Mogul Alhaji Naseer Girma Among others.
After the congregational prayer , the council chairman has slaughtered his Ram in front of the community people who were available.
In his sermon the Imam of the Abuja Quarters Juma’at Mosque , Malam Khamisu urged people to continue praying and giving zakkat and helping the less privilege in this time.
